- On the 29th of August Mr Prehn the vice chairman of the German company InWent Continuing Education and Development Association Hessen center came to Xiangtan and visited Hunan Hara XEMC Wind Power Co., Ltd. InWent talked preliminary about the invitation for relevant personnel of Hara XEMC Wind Power going to Germany and having a business exchange and research tour.
- On September 18th, 27 people of the Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce delegation visited Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone for the shift of industry in advance. The focuses of their visit were German Industrial Park and Hunan Hara XEMC Wind Power Co., Ltd. which is located in the park. The delegation had an extreme interest in the idea of developing new energy sources which is put forward by Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone, and also said that they would like to know further about this new rising economy and seek for co- operation and investment opportunities.
