- At present, vice president Mr. Skomedal of UMO Company Norway is in Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone to investigate the Wind-Power Industrial Park, discussing cooperation concerning turbine blades, project land with Hi-Tech Zone and Hara XEMC Windpower Co., Ltd.(a wind-power JV in the Hi-Tech Zone) they might realize an import advanced blade mold equipment, and then achieve skills for cooperation with wind-power.

-On May 19^th, the secretary of Hubei province Mr. Huang Chuping, the assistant mayor Ren Zhenhe and other comrades from Hubei party, all together about 60 representatives came to Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone. They investigated about the construction, industry information etc. They also visited some enterprises like HIRO LIFT, Hara XEMC Windpower. While doing so they were accompanied by Hi-Tech Zone director Mr. Li Huiyuan and Mr. Li Qi.
