-On February 27th, Mr. LI Wanshou, the general manager of Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd., came to Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone and visited Hunan Hara XEMC Windpower Co.,Ltd., XEMC, Hunan Yuan Tong Pump Co.,Ltd., Hunan Lifa Chemicals Co., Ltd.. Both sides exchanged their ideas of cooperation. During this visit the Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone was presented by Mrs. LIAO Xiaoyan and Mr. LI Qi, both are deputy directors.
-On February 27th, Mr. WANG Peihua, the deputy director of Shandong province Jining Hi-Tech Zone, visited Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone and discussed deeply with vice secretary Mr. HU Jianlue and people of the innovation service centre on the subject of technology innovation system, especially on the industrial bases and science incubators.
-On February 28th, Mr. HUANG Dexiang, vice secretary of Changsha Hi-Tech Zone, visited Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone, investigated and discussed the achievements on human resource innovation and on a performance examine system with Mr. LI Huiyuan, vice secretary of Xiangtan Hi-Tech Zone.
