Jiuhua Industrial Park
 Jiuhua Industrial Park is located in the central hinterland of Changsha Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city agglomeration, Xiangjiang River ecological landscape line lies in the east of it and Xiangtan University is in the west of it. Xiangtan center area is 5 kilometers near the south of it and Changshan center area is 27 kilometers far from the north of it. Shanghai-Ruili expressway travels east to west and Changtan west line freeway join south and north.
The park has a remarkable location advantage and a convenient infrastructure (land and water transportation).
The park is a golden place to pursue the central region grows up strategy, speed up the course of regional economic integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, build Hunan advanced manufacturing center, improve quality and reconstruct of the old industrial base of Xiangtan. Jiuhua Economic Section is an important developing area which is approved by the program of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city agglomeration area, by the program of Xiangjiang river ecological economy landscape line, and the economic developing programs 11-5 of the city Xiangtan and the province Hunan.
Future Projects of the Park
The future planned area of Jiuhua is 69 km2, the metaphase is 22 km2 and the area in construction is 10 km2. The first layout is four parks and one zone: Automobile Industrial Park, Hi-tech Electromechanical Industrial Park, Xiangtan (Taiwan) Industrial Park, Hongkong Industrial Park and supporting service area. |
