Creation&Innovation Park
Xiangtan National Technology Creation&Innovation Park was founded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Science and Technology Hall of Hunan province and Xiangtan Municipal Government. The Park, wholly managed by Xiangtan State Incubator, is affirmed in 2001 by science and technology department as state level hi-tech enterprise incubator. The aim of the Park is to construct good environment and to collect creational and innovational resources so that to push collective innovation development. The transfer of science and technology into industrial production is encouraged, hi-tech enterprises are generated and experts with modern managerial knowledge are skilled.
 The space layout structure of the Park is"1plus3"with the planned area of 7 km2 to develop: Including one core Park with three parts: R&D incubating area, enterprising accelerating area and supporting service area, Furthermore there are three specialty Parks: Electromechanical Industrial Park, New Material Industrial Park and Automobile Industrial Park. The main function of the Technology Creation&Innovation Park is resources gathering, innovation collecting, R&D incubating, industries accelerating, headquarters operating and professional services.
Prospective of the Park
Now the construction of the core park has started up already, and the first phase of construction contains one area and two buildings with an area of 250.000 km2. We sincerely invite various R&D organizations, hi-tech enterprises, services agencies and other people of insight to join us!
